- Tube Extrusion: Single- and multi-lumen tubing, bubble tubing, thermal-bonded paratubing and coextrusions with tight ID and OD tolerance management.
- Advanced Welding: RF welding, ultrasonic welding, laser welding and heat sealing for medical bags, containment systems, rigid assemblies, pouches and films.
- Cleanroom Assembly and Kitting: Customized assembly cells, fluid-set and manifold assembly, connector and filter integration, sterile kit builds, and sterile-barrier sealing.
- Injection Molding Management: Manages molded-component requirements, supplier coordination, dimensional consistency, production continuity and integration into broader assemblies and fluid systems to streamline program execution and support cohesive manufacturing workflows.
