With a distinguished career spanning several high-impact roles, he has served as VP of Manufacturing at Kodak Health Imaging Systems, Director of Operations at the Florida Tissue Bank, and Director of Operations at Regeneration Technologies Inc. (RTI), as well as COO of ViewRay. Jim’s extensive experience encompasses business management and oversight of multiple manufacturing sites. In his current role, he is responsible for the manufacturing operations in both Florida and Managua. Under his leadership, Jim and the Command Leadership Team focus on driving business growth, enhancing efficiencies, and increasing profitability, all while upholding the company’s core values.

Stephanie, a seasoned leader in the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) sector, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Supervision from Daytona State College. With over 25 years of dedicated experience at Command Medical Products, she has excelled in diverse roles ranging from inside and outside sales to project management and senior leadership. As the Vice President of Sales Operations, Stephanie oversees all commercial aspects of the company, driving strategic growth and fostering client relationships. Her extensive expertise and commitment have been instrumental in Command Medical Products’ success and industry prominence.

Carlos Gadea is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with an MBA from INCAE Business School, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to his role as Plant Manager at Command Medical’s Nicaragua facility. In this capacity, Carlos is responsible for optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and leading a dedicated team to ensure the production of high-quality products. His expertise lies in process improvement, with a particular emphasis on enhancing productivity and achieving operational excellence.

Paula Heiret holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University and a Lean Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma and Lean tools from Crane Co. With a diverse career spanning both aerospace and medical device industries, Paula has dedicated the last 13 years to Command Medical Products, where she has held various leadership positions. Currently, she serves as the Director of Operations for the Florida plant while also leading the Continuous Improvement team as Director of Operational Excellence, overseeing initiatives that support both the Florida and Nicaragua facilities.

Tanya Sima earned her degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and began her career in logistics, accumulating experience with various companies in both South Africa and the United States. Transitioning into supply chain management, she held senior buyer positions with leading companies such as Brunswick and Boston Whaler. Since joining Command Medical Products in 2020, Tanya has been instrumental in enhancing the performance of the supply chain function. As Director of Supply Chain, she manages all logistics and procurement activities, driving improvements and ensuring robust support for all facilities.

Miguel Ballesteros

Miguel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering University of Nicaragua and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey. He began his career as a professor and department head at the Engineering University of Nicaragua, where he shaped future engineers. Since joining Command Medical Products in 2008, Miguel has played a pivotal role in developing extrusion and assembly operations at the company’s flagship facility in Managua. As the Engineering Manager, he now leads the engineering team with oversight of process development, validation, and product realization, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
