Formal Order Acknowledgments
For every order, large and small, Command provides a written confirmation to avoid any possible misunderstandings. From quantities to delivery dates or device revisions, the order acknowledgment double-checks every detail of the order.

A key to ensuring worry-free outsourcing is maintaining communication. Command has attentive, responsive and informed customer service representatives ready to assist.
Process Development
For every new product, Command critically analyzes the project to identify ways to streamline the production process, minimizing costs and delivery time. Whether through improvements in technology, reduction in labor requirements or operational enhancements, Command is constantly looking for ways to improve quality and reduce costs.
Certified “Dock-To-Stock” Programs
Our careful process validation and quality track record have prompted many of our customers to give Command “dock-to-stock” certification. In doing so, certain incoming inspections can be waived, shortening lead times and reducing costs.
Consigned Parts
If one of our customers has more buying power than we do, we encourage them to use it. However they are supplied, Command will happily work with customers on consigned parts, applying the same traceability and careful inventory management standards that have made us a preferred single source provider.
Custom Production
We offer customized production for small runs as well as large volume production making Command a more appealing, cost-effective choice for outsourcing.

Sterilization Management
Command offers EtO and Gamma Sterilization management for our customers’ medical devices.
