With over 25 years of dedicated experience at Command Medical Products, she has excelled in diverse roles ranging from inside and outside sales to project management and senior leadership. As the Vice President of Sales Operations, Stephanie oversees all commercial aspects of the company, driving strategic growth and fostering client relationships. Her extensive expertise and commitment have been instrumental in Command Medical Products’ success and industry prominence.

Carlos Gadea is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with an MBA from INCAE Business School, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to his role as Plant Manager at Command Medical’s Nicaragua facility. In this capacity, Carlos is responsible for optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and leading a dedicated team to ensure the production of high-quality products. His expertise lies in process improvement, with a particular emphasis on enhancing productivity and achieving operational excellence.

Paula Heiret brings 30+ years of experience in operations within the aerospace and medical device industries. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. For the past 14 years with Command Medical Products, Paula has held multiple leadership roles. In her current role as Director of Operations for Florida and leading the Continuous Improvement team as Director of Operational Excellence for Florida and Nicaragua, she delivers measurable results in quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Tanya Sima
Tanya Sima earned her degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and began her career in logistics, accumulating experience with various companies in both South Africa and the United States. Transitioning into supply chain management, she held senior buyer positions with leading companies such as Brunswick and Boston Whaler. Since joining Command Medical Products in 2020, Tanya has been instrumental in enhancing the performance of the supply chain function. As Director of Supply Chain, she manages all logistics and procurement activities, driving improvements and ensuring robust support for all facilities.

Pete Drolet brings over 25 years of engineering leadership in medical devices, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing. As Director of Engineering at Command Medical, he drives strategic initiatives in medical-grade tubing, RF-welded components, and extrusion systems. His prior roles at B. Braun Medical, Baxter Healthcare, Germfree Laboratories, and Gambro Renal Products included leading FDA-approved product launches and large-scale manufacturing. Pete holds an MS in Engineering Management from Arkansas State University and a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he excels in building high-performing, quality-driven teams.
